The
Territorial Army was re-named the Territorial and Army Volunteer
Reserve in 1969 with the wording on the top brooch altered to 'T&AVR'
to reflect this. However the force reverted to its former name of
the Territorial Army in 1982 and the top bar again bore the word
'TERRITORIAL'.
This
decoration was replaced in 2000 by the Volunteer Reserves Service
Medal. |
